The Staff Relations Committee is a group of FHU employees selected by the vice-presidents from various departments on campus who work to facilitate open lines of communication between the administration and staff of the University.
Please feel free to contact any of the SRC members with concerns you would like to see addressed. Minutes of our meetings are posted on the T drive. If you would like for your concerns to remain confidential just let us know. Click here for a list of the current SRC members.
Officially, our functions are:

• To provide a forum for hearing and reviewing staff concerns and interests |
|
• To serve as a sounding board for the administration regarding proposed actions, programs, policies, and procedures that will affect the staff |
|
• To suggest ways to improve university staff relations and to help bring useful ideas that may originate from within the staff to the attention of the administration |
|
• To participate, assist and advise in decision-making processes that affect the staff’s relationship within the university community |
The Staff Relations Committee has created a newsletter to keep the staff informed of our most recent accomplishments and upcoming events. The newsletter is published quarterly.
