Our Mission
The Department of Communication and Literature seeks to assist students in the following ways:
- to develop oral and written communication skills which will enhance their personal effectiveness
- to prepare for careers which involve the exercise of communication proficiencies
- to learn to read and respond to literature with appreciation and discrimination
- to become responsible world citizens by attaining proficiency in foreign language
- to develop the intellectual tools necessary for advanced study
