Graduation requirements

Students will be eligible for an Associate of Applied Science Degree and can sit for the national licensure exam (NCLEX-RN) to become professional nurses once they have successfully completed the following courses:

  • Bible- 8 hours.

  • Skills- IDS 150 University Foundations, and ENG 101 English Composition I.

  • Behavioral Sciences- PSY 310 Developmental Psychology and SOC 245 Social Gerontology.

  • Sciences- BIO 211 and BIO 212 Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II, BIO 215 Microbiology, and CHE 111 Biochemistry for the Health Sciences.

  • Nursing 101, 102, 125, 131, 132, 133, 234, 240, 242, 243, 244, 255.
