We are excited that you are on your way to being part of the FHU family! Living on campus will prove to be an incredible opportunity for your personal growth and development. It is the best way to fully experience college life! The on campus experience offers students both convenience and a sense of community and provides students with the opportunity for more academic, social and spiritual growth. Residence life affects each student in a powerful way! We strongly believe in the developmental values that come with the experiences of life on campus. Therefore, all undergraduate students who are under 23 years of age live on campus during their college years.
With a Christ-centered staff, relevant programming and student oriented service, you can rest assured that your residence life at FHU will be an enriching part of your college career. The residence hall staff wants to make your experience as rich and rewarding as possible, and we encourage you to take an active role in the community which you will call “home” during your time at Freed-Hardeman! You will meet new people from a variety of different backgrounds and experiences. You will make friends that will last well beyond your college years—you will discover that you have a distinct purpose and a God given ability to change the world in which you live! It all begins with YOU!
