The Department of Fine Arts is committed to providing quality arts instruction to community children through free after school art classes. The "After School Art" classes meet during the fall and spring semesters on Thursday afternoons from 3:45 until 4:30 PM in Bulliner-Clayton Visual Arts Center, Room 102. Children ages 5-11 meet and experience art activities with a variety of materials and media.
College students under the supervision of a certified art education specialist teach the art lessons. No supplies are needed. Participation is free but enrollment is limited for Fall and Spring. Classes meet September and October 2014 and March - May 2015.
